BRAVO Secure Operations - Privacy Policy

BRAVO Secure Operations ("the App") is a private, invite-only operations tool provided by Bravo Research Group ("BRG", "we", "us") for licensed close-protection and security personnel. This policy explains what the App collects, why, and who it is shared with. The App is not offered to the general public and is not directed to children under 13.

Information we collect

• Account and profile: your phone number (used to sign in via a one-time code), display name, assigned roles, and an optional profile photo.
• Device information: a device identifier used to authorize and trust your device, app version, and a push-notification token.
• Location: your device's precise location, collected only while you are assigned to an active detail and have turned on location sharing. Sharing stops when the detail closes or you turn it off.
• Operational content: check-ins, incident reports, messages (team and client chat), and any photos, video, or files you upload.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and basic error/usage diagnostics used to keep the App stable.

How we use it

We use this information solely to provide the operations service: authenticate you, coordinate assignments, share status and location with your team and authorized leadership, deliver messages and push-to-talk radio, report incidents, and diagnose problems. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with vendors that process it on our behalf to run the App:

• Supabase - authentication, database, file storage, and backend functions.
• Twilio - delivery and verification of sign-in one-time codes.
• Mux - video upload and playback.
• Zello - push-to-talk radio.
• Google Maps - map display.
• Sentry - crash and error diagnostics.
• Apple (APNs), Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging), and Expo - push notification delivery.

Data may also be visible to other authorized members of your operation (your team and the client you are assigned to) as required to run a detail.

Data retention

We retain operational records (assignments, check-ins, incidents, messages, media) for as long as needed for operations, recordkeeping, and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified. Location is stored as last-known position only and is cleared when a detail closes.

Your choices and rights

You can turn location sharing on or off in the App. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data, or ask questions about this policy, by contacting us at the address below. Because access is granted by your organization, account creation and removal are managed by your administrator.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls. Sign-in uses a one-time code and a trusted-device check.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to operators.
